Fourth…The cost of preserving your Wedding Flowers or Event Flowers has a wide range! Our Freeze Dry preservationists charge by each bloom. Every flower has different requirements because some some flowers are easier to preserve, so they are less expensive to preserve and some flowers are much more difficult to preserve , so might cost more because they are more difficult to preserve...see the "Pricing of Flowers" tab.
The cost provides 6-8 weeks in our highly-specialized Freeze Dry Machines, restoring any flowers that have been mis-shaped, brused and add color treating. Our charge is still way below many of my competitors and we do so much more for you.
Most preservation companies have a blanket charge for all their bouquets which is not fair to the person who has a bouquet that has only 12 flowers or a single 'memorial rose'. We make it fair for everyone and charge for the amount of flowers they actually have to be preserved!

Payment Schedule
Flowers that have been preserved...gone through the Freeze Dry Machine Process, MUST be paid in full before we do the finishing touches... Step #2 restoring and reparing the flowers Step #3 color treating and sealing. The Flowers will be assigned a shelf for it's storage shelf and then we do NOTHING...until we hear from you! If you are purchasing a Display Container...the Display Container MUST be paid in full before ordering...then the finishing touches payment will defer until later...and collected just prior to shipping back to you or pickup. ***If you contact us after the first anniversary of us receiving your flowers for the first time to proceed...the cost of each flower will be rated on the current cost per flower...
To PRESERVE flowers is a long PATIENT process which could take months! We do it right! We compare our ‘work of love’for creating a Michelangelo and it takes time. If you are in a hurry, we are not for you! Once flowers come out of the FREEZE DRY MACHINE, which can take 8 weeks, it can also take another week to 10 days or more to restore flowers to their natural condition, and/or condition flowers against ‘critters’ happening later…then finally color treating and finally installing them into a Display Container or shipping back to you, where you have to pay for the return postage…
SOMETIMES, because of the high demand, your order has to be placed into a wait line while we are completing other orders…! So in order to do a good job for all of our Clients…IT TAKES TIME…sometimes many months! Sometimes it take ‘YOU’ many months to decide what you want or just need to catch up on money after a big event! We like to try to have your flowers completed by the First Anniversary.
However, Flowers become very brittle once they have been sitting on their designated shelf after three (3) years. You will be notified once the flowers are out of the machine and put on their shelf…waiting for YOUR decisions. That is when your time starts ! Three years after notifying you…and we have not been called or emailed by you letting us to know your intensions…the flowers will be discarded. They have completely faded and gotten very brittle making them unworkable… The deposit you sent us was used for the FREEZE DRYING PROCESS and will not be refunded. We have limited space in our shop and we cannot store your flowers any longer. It is heart breaking for us to discard unclaimed flowers so please act in a timely manner.
